If you’ve ordered a bottle of wine that you don’t like at Johnny Delmonico’s, Craig Madigan would like you to please send it back.

Regardless of whether it’s bad or good, Madigan, the restaurant’s relatively new sommelier, suggests you exchange any wine that doesn’t please your palate for something else.

“Please let us know, and we’ll go in a different direction,” Madigan says. “We’ll keep working with you until we find the bottle of wine you want.”
