goat_cheeseMany people think that wine and cheese are an automatic match. That is not really true. A lot of wines and cheeses are horrible matches. Pairing them can be as tough as pairing any food and wine. However, pairing sweet white wines with cheese makes it much easier.

This video from Wine Spectator shows some mouth watering matches. This is one of the best videos that I have seen on their site.
