Tudal Family Winery 2010 Napa Valley Cuvee

Vibrant ruby-red with a nose of dusty lavender, cherry, fresh thyme and a whiff of mint, this lovely Napa Valley Cuvee from Tudal Family Winery blends balanced tannins with cherry, white and black pepper and dusty rose petal flavors. We paired it with a beef roast with reduction gravy and carrot, broccoli and mushroom medley.

IMAG2451This blend of 50% Zinfandel 40% Petite Sirah and 10% Malbec is incredibly priced at under than $25! Only 500 cases produced, we suggest buying at least a half-dozen bottles before they sell out. Houston wine lovers can purchase this and other Tudal Family Winery selections at Spec’s on Smith Street.

But don’t just take our word for it. Go taste it yourself at the 6th Annual Passport to Urban Wine Country, March 15 – 16 in Oakland, California, just across the bridge from San Francisco. Tickets are $40 per person for one day or $65 for a weekend pass. Or you could win 2 weekend passes from us.
