We tasted Hoopes Vineyard 2010 Oakville Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and were impressed with its big fruit and sophisticated, nuanced tannins. Rhubarb, cherry, and black fruit aromas and flavors. Deep red core with a lighter red rim in this luscious Bordeaux from Pessac-Léognan. Leathery cinnamon and cocoa on the nose. A mélange of succulent black fruit.
