Bubbles for every day, all day?How can you not love an article that proposes drinking sparkling wine with every meal of the day? I think that I’ll pass on the champagne cocktail suggestions, but the rest of this is great. This style of wine really needs to be considered more often with all types of foods. They can be purchased in all price ranges and styles.

Hey Joe,
You have some great quotes, I read the Andre quote in Sandra Jordan’s book on Decanting it was while tasting a 1797 Chateau Lafite with Michael Broadbent the head wine buyer for Christie’s of London

Thanks! Let me know if you stumble upon any other cool quotes. I am always looking to add a few more.
If you were trying to make me jealous with that story, IT WORKED!!!
How was it? Anything left in it?

If we take the axiom that our good friend Darryl quoted us, “Anything you would eat with beer, you can eat with champagne” and reversed it…then, with regards to this article…I’m having beer with breakfast!! And isn’t that where we want to end up?
I’m going to pop open a bottle of bubbly for breakfast when my wife gets back into town and bask in the quizzical, if not “are you serious?” gaze she gives me. It’s worth the price of admission.
Do people sit around drinking champagne all day? Where do I sign up?

I like the way you think, Steve. It scares me how you get where you are going, but you always seem to get to the right place eventually.
As for signing up, get to the back of the line, I was here first.
